Inspired by a Japanese term, with roots in Chinese legend, Tōryu-mon tells of a koi determined to swim up a waterfall and transform itself into a dragon. This candle helps quiet our minds in preparation for the swim upstream, and although the legend is a symbol of hard work and determination, we like to honor the origins of the koi, and the place where these dreams first came to be.
